Jodie's Place

Jodie's Place offers support and emergency accommodation for victims of domestic violence in the Cessnock LGA. The comfortable home houses up to 11 women and children. We assist with clothing, food, toys etc.

Referral is by police or other agency. In a crisis situation, women may self refer directly to Jodie's Place.

Our mission is to help women and children whose lives have been adversely affected by domestic violence. We educate, support and advocate, ensuring that all our clients have access to the services, resources and opportunities available to them.

Our services are managed by a dedicated and caring team of volunteers.

We are a Non-Government Organisation and we run on generosity from the community and local businesses. We do not receive government funding, so all donations are gratefully received.
