Independent Public Hearings - Planning Proposal No. 18/2019/1/1

In accordance with the relevant legislation, independent public hearings will be held in relation to Planning Proposal No. 18/2019/1/1 - Reclassification and Rezoning of Council Owned Land. The public hearings will provide an opportunity for you to expand on your written submission (where it relates to any of the remaining items) and discuss your concerns with an independent person in a public forum. 

Please note that Council has resolved to exclude the following sites from the Planning Proposal:

• 85 Swanson Street, Weston (known as Varty Park) 
• 9 Abermain Street, Pelaw Main (known as Jacobs Park) 
• 35 Water Street, Greta (known as Victoria Park)

Due to the current Public Health Order in place in NSW, the independent public hearings will now be taking place online.
