This policy has been developed to assist all Council officials to better manage unreasonable customer conduct.
It applies to all situations involving unreasonable customer conduct experienced by Council officials at Council premises and by Council officials in the performance of their official duties, whether or not this takes place at Council premises. The related Unreasonable Customer Guidelines
