The Cessnock Cycling Strategy, sets Council’s direction and framework to establish a bicycle friendly environment within the LGA over the next 20 years. The strategy builds on the Council's Bicycle Plan 1995, which proposed a number of actions designed to encourage and support cycling in our area.
