The completed shared pathway along Nelson Street, Greta provides important safe pedestrian access and connectivity between the Greta train station and the High Street / New England Highway bus links. The pathway is aimed to encourage and provide an active lifestyle opportunity for the community as an alternative to motor vehicle transportation. The new shared pathway completes the link with the new pedestrian pathway constructed with the Anvil Creek bridge, completed in June 2022.
