Family Fun Days

Council's FREE Sunday Family Fun Days will go ahead at Cessnock and Branxton pools and Kurri Kurri Aquatic & Fitness Centre every Sunday over the Christmas/New Year school holiday period starting Sunday 20 December, 2020 and running to Sunday 21 February, 2021.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Cessnock and Branxton Pools 

• Patrons are required to book by calling the relevant pool between 9am and 5pm on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before the Sunday they are wanting to attend: 
  • Cessnock Pool - (02) 4990 3704
  • Branxton Pool - (02) 4938 1450
• Bookings will be taken for up to 50% capacity to allow for walk-ins 
• Each person is only entitled to 1 free entry on the day - If you wish to re-enter the facility for the second session you will be required to pay entry fee
• For patrons with bookings, you must arrive within 30 minutes of your session starting or your booking will be voided 
• Cessnock and Branxton pools will be divided into two sessions to allow for a COVID-19 clean between sessions:
  • Morning Session – 10am to 12:45pm
  • Afternoon Session – 1:15pm to 4pm 
• ALL patrons are required to check in on arrival to ensure compliance with the Public Health Order (QR codes are on display for quick check in via mobile or you can see pool staff to be manually checked in) 
• Patrons are required to follow the direction of pool staff at all times
  
  

Kurri Kurri Aquatic & Fitness Centre 

• Patrons are not required to book ahead 
• There will be only one session running between 10am to 4pm 
• ALL patrons are required to check in on arrival to ensure compliance with the Public Health Order (QR codes are on display for quick check in via mobile)
• Patrons are required to follow the direction of pool staff at all times
