Yellow Door Support Coordinators
Hi! Thanks for getting to know us. Yellow Door provide support coordination and social work services for NDIS participants in areas including:
- Hunter region
- Central Coast
- Newcastle
- Lake Macquarie
Our names are Tamsin and Emma. Emma is an experienced social worker who has been supporting people with disabilities for over 15 years. Tamsin has a background in law, and has worked for the NDIA managing internal reviews. She has also worked in a community legal centre and in immigration law.
Between us, we know a lot about coordination of supports and services, your rights, and how the NDIS works.
We are a registered NDIS provider. This means we can provide you with services no matter how your NDIS funding is managed.
We have great local knowledge and provide personalised support. Some of the larger organisations also provide a lot of other services, but we specialise in support coordination.
We believe we are really good at problem solving, through research and looking at creative solutions. We are passionate about upholding the NDIS values, and always want to make sure you have as much choice and control in your life as possible.
