We offer specifically targeted fitness classes to participants over 55 years of age. This class is held on a Monday and Wednesday at 9.30 am, in the Cessnock Uniting Church, CNR Cumberland and Cooper Street, Cessnock.
We offer Aqua Func during Spring to Autumn of each year, at Branxton War Memorial Swimming Pool. Aqua exercise is specifically proven to benefit those with arthritis, joint replacements, many heart conditions and co-morbidities and chronic health conditions.
