The Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW is a free, fair and independent dispute resolution scheme for consumers and small business who are experiencing difficulty with their electricity, gas and some water providers.
No matter is too small or complex.
Our staff can provide advice or information as well as take on the complaint and manage this to resolution.
We ask customers to try to resolve the complaint with their energy or water provider and contact EWON if they are not happy with the result or would like further information.
