Snag a Bargain at the Library!

Cessnock City Library is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual book sale.

Shoppers will be delighted to find an impressive collection of ex-library resources that include pre-loved books, magazines, music, DVDs, and more.

Cessnock City Council Mayor Jay Suvaal is thrilled about the return of this event.

"The sale is a fantastic way for the community to practice sustainable living by giving these pre-loved items a second life,” Mayor Suvaal said.

“It's a win-win for everyone involved – shoppers get to purchase their favourite books, music, and DVDs at unbeatable prices, and the library gets to clear out some of its older resources, which are still in great condition, but are no longer needed in the library collection."

The sale is set to begin at 9am on Monday 20 March and will run until Friday 31 March, or until all items are sold.

Library staff will be on hand to assist attendees and answer any questions they may have.
