Council's administration building and other facilities will be closed throughout the holiday period. Changes to operating hours/days will also be in place for other facilities and services.

Planning Proposal Policy

This Policy applies to all planning proposals to amend the Cessnock LEP that are submitted to Council.

This includes:

Council staff when reviewing planning proposals that have been lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.
Applicants when lodging planning proposals via the NSW Planning Portal.
