Library staff select reading material, including magazines, large print, audio books, DVDs and CDs based on the customer’s interests and preferences.
Northern Coalfields Community Care undertake a contactless delivery once a month to your home.
The service is available to Cessnock LGA residents unable to visit a Council library due to frailty, disability or long-term illness and their full-time carers. Residents of nursing homes and hostels are also eligible for this service.
To apply for the Home Library Service you will be required to supply a doctor’s certificate.
