- Appointments to and employment in government departments, schools, hospitals, the police service and other bodies, including public service transfers and retirements
- Budgetary papers and reports relating to government budgets
- Gazetting of public places such as parks and reserves giving their boundaries
- Government notices, including registers of medical professionals, licencing, honours, electoral notices, trade registrations and population statistics
