This project forms part of Council's Shared pathway program.

Scope of Work

The scope of works for the Millfield path construction project includes all works necessary to construct a concrete path 670 metres in length and 2.5 metres wide between Millfield Road and Wollombi Road via Crawfordville Park.  The scope of works also includes construction of a pedestrian refuge on Millfield Road and box culvert structure with land reclamation in Crawford Avenue.

  • Construction of a concrete path 670m in length and 2.5 m in width
  • Set out of path alignment in accordance with survey plans
  • Construction of a central island pedestrian refuge in Millfield Road
  • Construction of kerb and guttering and kerb ramps in Millfield Road

Installation of 600 x 450 box culvert structure in Crawford Avenue.

Program

The works are scheduled to commence in February 2023 and are expected to be completed by August 2023 (weather depending).

Traffic Control 

During the course of the works, there will be minimal disruptions to Millfield Road. 

Location

The planned works are located between Millfield Road and Wollombi Road via Crawfordville Park.
