Stage 1 of the Kurri Kurri Town Centre Upgrade reached completion on 23 December 2022.

Stage 1 included:

  • New pathways
  • New kerb ramps
  • New kerb and gutter sections
  • Planting of street trees and landscaping
  • Installation of street furniture
  • New street lighting
  • Minor pavement works (replacing wearing surface)
  • Installation of signage and line marking
