National Relay Service (NRS)

We welcome calls through the National Relay Service if you are deaf, have a hearing impairment and/or have a speech impairment.

NRS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service keeps the identity of the caller and the content of the calls confidential.


Translating and Interpreting Services (TIS)

We welcome calls through the Translating and Interpreting Services if you do not speak English and want to obtain information in your language.

Call TIS and provide our phone number (02) 4993 4100 when asked by the officer.
