Cessnock City Council is excited to announce the launch of live web chat for customers who want to engage with Council in real-time and from the palm of their hand.

Our Customer Relations Team are excited about offering this additional way to help our customers. It’s extremely easy to use, visit Council’s website and start a conversation with one of our friendly team members.

Cessnock City Council’s, Customer Relations Manager Roslyn Ashton said we are always looking at ways to enhance the customer service experience.

 

“Live web chat is a convenient and fast way to connect with Council. Customers will be talking to our experienced team members who’ve been trained in providing this service via the chat function and we expect to see customers getting the information they need faster.”

The live web chat is expected to be welcomed by the community as Council’s Administration Building remains closed to the public due to COVID-19.
