Council's Compliance and Enforcement Policy outlines our approach to allegations of unlawful activity. A review of the existing Policy has been undertaken. The draft revised Policy has been streamlined and re-ordered. It incorporates legislative change and integrates provisions of the revoked Noise Complaints and Food Safety Policies.

Council has endorsed the Draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy for public exhibition and the community is invited to provide feedback.
