Draft Cessnock Flood Prone Land Development Control Plan

We're proposing to align our Flood Prone Land Development Control Plan with the NSW Flood Prone Land Package including optional clause 5.22 Special Flood Considerations of the of the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006.

The proposed amendments include minor changes to terminology and clarification that a one (1) metre freeboard applies in respect of land to which the Cessnock City Wide Flood Study applies.
