Changing of Postal Address can be done by email.

Simply email your:
Name, 
Assessment Number, 
Propery Address,
New Postal Address, and
Phone Number (optional)
to council@cessnock.nsw.gov.au

Please Note that if you own more than one property in the Cessnock LGA you will need to specify if this new address is for just one property or for all of your properties.
