Strategic Land Use Planning

The Strategic Land Use Planning Section within Council's Planning & Environment Directorate comprises a Manager, five Strategic Town Planners, and a Planning Assistant.

The Section is also responsible for Heritage Planning and the Local Heritage Assistance Fund in conjunction with the NSW Heritage Office. Council employs a consultant Heritage Advisor one day per month to assist with its Heritage program.
