Draft LEP / CWSS / DCP

These documents, the Draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP 2009), the City Wide Settlement Strategy (CWSS 2009), the Development Control Plan (DCP 2009) and eleven (11) Spot Rezonings are on exhibition from Monday 27 July 2009 to Monday 12 October 2009.

The Exhibition Period has been extended until 11 December 2009.

Anyone may make a written submission or enquiry in relation to the draft plans and/or the spot rezonings.  Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.

Submissions may be made:

• Through the online submission form exhibition@cessnock.nsw.gov.au; or
• Dropped into Council's Administration Centre at 62-78 Vincent Street Cessnock; or
• Addressed to Cessnock City Council "Exhibition 2009" PO Box 152 CESSNOCK  NSW  2325

Submissions should be received by Council no later than Friday 11 December 2009.

Council staff will be available between 9am - 12pm by appointment only to discuss the exhibition material and answer your questions.
