  • Food Safety Standards – Food Standards Australia and New Zealand ensures safe food by developing effective food standards for Australia and New Zealand. Retail food businesses are required to comply with the following sections of the Food Safety Standards
    • Standard 3.2.2 (Food safety practices and general requirements)
    • Standard 3.2.3 (Food premises and Equipment)
    • Standard 1.2 (Labelling and other information requirements)
  • Temporary Event Guidelines - Relating to the selling of food at a short-term event such as a fete, concert, etc, from a temporary food premises.  
  • Requirements for the Establishment, Construction and Set up of Food Premises – Outlines the construction and fitout requirements for all new or altered or renovated food premises.
