I'm Alert Food Safety Training

This is a free online food safety training package to assist food businesses in training staff ensuring that food is handled in a safe and hygienic manner.

The program is easy to follow, include an entertaining presentation as well as interactive quizzes. A training acknowledgement form can be printed upon completion and be kept as part of your staff records.

On entering the "I'm Alert" website, you will be asked to enter details such as your name, position in your organisation, and the name of the organisation for whom you work.  This is for the sole purpose of putting these details on your training acknowledgement forms (mentioned above).  Your details will not be accessed, stored, nor used by Cessnock Council.
