Council's Waste and Reuse Centre is located along Old Maitland Road, Cessnock and can be contacted directly on 4993 4333.

Building inspections

Council is able to provide advice and guidance in relation to water damage, rectification works advice and building structural integrity. Affected local residents are able to take advantage of this service by contacting Council's Building Assessment team on 4993 4100.

Damaged trees

Please contact Council's Customer Service on 4993 4100 regarding trees which require inspection/attention.

Sewage concerns

If you have any concerns regarding sewage systems, please contact Council's On-site Sewage Management Officer on 4993 4100.

Mine subsidence

If you notice anything you suspect may be mine subsidence, please contact Council's Customer Service on 4993 4100 or the Mine Subsidence Board on 6572 4344.
