    In an effort to address the changing climate affecting the Cessnock Local Government Area, Council has developed a draft Climate Change Policy. The community are encouraged to provide feedback on the Policy during the public exhibition period. Cessnock Council currently utilises Tenderlink and VendorPanel as our preferred options for Tendering and Quotations.

Welcome to Cessnock City Council electronic tendering. This system speeds up the tendering cycle and reduces the time and costs for both Cessnock City Council and our suppliers.

To use this system and to access the tenders being called you must first be a registered Supplier.  To register, click on the registration link above. Registration needs to be pre-approved.

Cessnock City Council wishes to invite organisations to bid for the supply goods and/or services contained within this system. As a registered supplier, you can receive email notification of any new tenders we publish, download and view the documentation electronically, and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions. Where available, submission of your bids can be completed through the e-tender box facility.

All our staff are required to conduct their activities in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Cessnock City Council has also developed a Statement of Business Ethics which outline our expectations of our employees and the suppliers we have engaged.

Cessnock City Council is pleased to advise that we have implemented VendorPanel Marketplace to simplify our procurement process.

It is an easy to navigate system that is entirely FREE for suppliers, with no costs for signing up, receiving notifications or submitting quotes.

Once you are registered in the VendorPanel Marketplace, you will be eligible to receive request for quotations/ tenders notifications from council that relate to the categories that your business provides goods and/or services for.
