Sydney Symphony Orchestra to live-stream to Cessnock Library

Head to Cessnock Library on Wednesday 18 September at 6.30pm to watch the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy perform two Elgar masterpieces and Vaughan Williams’ magical Tallis Fantasia – streamed live from the Sydney Opera House!  

Elgar’s powerful and poetic Cello Concerto was his favourite and most candid creation and is a tour de force for sensational young soloist Andreas Brantelid.  

Library Services Co-ordinator, Rose-marie Walters is encouraging locals to come along to this fabulous event.
