Cessnock City Council has launched Service NSW ‘Easy to do Business’ initiative that will make it easier for those looking to open a small business or grow their existing business.

Cessnock City Mayor, Councillor Bob Pynsent launched the Service NSW initiative alongside Parliamentary Secretary for the Hunter Scot MacDonald MLC.

“Council embraced the opportunity to assist in the roll out of an initiative that will streamline processes associated with opening a small business.”

“As a community we are always happy to see new businesses opening their doors and it fantastic that Service NSW is working hard to take some of the pressure off those setting up a business.”

Council entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Service NSW to show their support of the initiative.
