Cessnock City Library would like to find out about your experience using our library services and has developed a short anonymous survey for residents to have their say.

The survey can be completed online, or paper copies are available at both our Cessnock and Kurri Kurri Library branches.

Council’s Library Services Co-ordinator, Rose-marie Walters is encouraging as many people as possible to share their thoughts by completing the survey.

“Your feedback is valuable and your suggestions will be considered for continuous improvement and future planning of our library service.”

“The information you provide will allow us to identify what we are doing well, and highlight what we could do better.  It will gauge your satisfaction with our service, facilities, collections, events and programs.”

The survey opens today and will remain open until Tuesday 31 July. Visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/CessnockCityLibrary to complete the survey online or call into Cessnock or Kurri Kurri Libraries to complete a paper copy.
