2016 Picnic Day Closure

Cessnock City Council Employees Annual Picnic Day will be held on Friday 28 October 2016.

The following alterations to services will apply:  

Cessnock City Council Administration Building Vincent Street, Cessnock - CLOSED  

Cessnock & Kurri Kurri Libraries - CLOSED  

Cessnock Performing Arts Centre - BOX OFFICE CLOSED                                                                                

On line Ticket Sales as normal   Cessnock Waste & Re-use Centre - CLOSED  

Greta Transfer Station - CLOSED  

Waste Collection - No household collection of general waste bin on Friday 28 October 2016. Waste collection will be a day late all week. If your collection is normally on Friday it will be collected Saturday.  

Recycling Collection - SERVICES AS NORMAL   

Cessnock & Branxton Swimming Pools - CLOSED  

Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre - OPEN AS NORMAL (5.30am to 8:00pm)  

Ranger Services - A Council Ranger will be on-call for Friday 28 October 2016.  In an emergency please call the Police 000.  

Hunter Valley Visitors Centre - OPEN AS NORMAL (9.00am to 5.00pm)
