Cessnock Central Business District (CBD) Masterplan

The Cessnock CBD Masterplan is a long-term strategy based on a collaborative process between Council, major stakeholders and the Cessnock community.  The plan was adopted by Council on 12 December 2012 and its aim is to help position the CBD as a place that is safe, connected and inclusive; celebrates its history; has a strong community heart; and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
