58/2019/1: Proposed Planning Agreement 65 Bailey's Lane, Abermain
A Planning Agreement is proposed between Cessnock City Council and Bailey’s Lane Pty Ltd and is the subject of this notice in accordance with clause 25D of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2000. The proposed Planning Agreement relates to an application to modify the development consent granted to DA8/2017/718 for the above property, which is the subject of an appeal to the Land & Environment Court in proceedings no. 2018/309387.
The objective of the proposed Planning Agreement is to promote the public interest through the delivery of the enhancement of road infrastructure near the subject site, contributing towards meeting the present and future social and economic needs of the local community.
The proposed Planning Agreement and an Explanatory Note describing the merits of the proposed Planning Agreement are available for public inspection for a period of twenty-eight (28) days from 5 June 2019 to 2 July 2019.
Hard copies are available at the following locations:
- Council’s Administration Building; and
- Council’s Cessnock and Kurri Kurri Public Libraries.
Written submissions quoting 58/2019/1 Proposed Planning Agreement 65 Bailey’s Lane, Abermain should be received by no later than 5.00pm on 2 July 2019 and addressed to the General Manager by either:
