57/2018/2: Draft Property Investment and Management Policy
At the Ordinary Meeting of Cessnock City Council on 19 September 2018, Council resolved to place the Draft Property Investment and Development Policy, Draft Property Management Policy and Draft Property Management Guidelines on Public Exhibition.
The Draft Property Investment and Development Policy, Draft Property Management Policy and Draft Property Management Guidelines establish policy positions and guidelines for investment and development opportunities within the non-operational property portfolio. Copies of these documents are available to view via the following links:

The draft documents will be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 3 October to 31 October 2018. Hard copies of the draft documents will be available for viewing at Council’s Administration Building and Council Libraries.
Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Draft Policy. Council will consider any views expressed in written submissions before a final decision is made on whether or not the Draft Policy should be made.
In order to be considered by Council, submissions must be received by 5.00pm on 31 October 2018 and should quote “58/2018/2: Draft Property Investment and Development Policy, Draft Property Management Policy and Draft Property Management Guidelines”.
