57/2018/1: Draft "Licences - Occupation of Hebburn Estate Policy

At the Ordinary Meeting of Cessnock City Council on 19 September 2018, Council resolved to place the Draft Licences – Occupation of Hebburn Estate Policy on Public Exhibition.

The Draft Licences – Occupation of Hebburn Estate Policy establishes conditions for the occupation of Hebburn Estate. A copy of the draft policy is available below:

The draft document will be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 3 October to 31 October 2018. Hard copies of the draft document will be available for viewing at Council’s Administration Building and Council Libraries.

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Draft Policy. Council will consider any views expressed in written submissions before a final decision is made on whether or not the Draft Policy should be made.

In order to be considered by Council, submissions must be received by 5.00pm on 31 October 2018 and should quote “58/2018/1: Draft Licences – Occupation of Hebburn Estate Policy”.  Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager and can be submitted via:
