57/2017/3: Draft E.17 Black Hill Industrial Precinct DCP Chapter

At the Ordinary Meeting of Cessnock City Council on 19 September 2018 Council resolved to place the Draft DCP chapter E.17 Black Hill Industrial Precinct on Public Exhibition.

The Draft chapter E.17 Black Hill Industrial Precinct of the Cessnock DCP 2010 provides development controls for development on land comprising the ‘Black Hill Employment Area’, being Lot 1131 in DP 1057179 and part Lot 119 DP 1154904. The document and the associated Council report and minutes can be viewed via the links below:

The draft documents will be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from 3 October to 31 October 2018. Hard copies of the draft documents will be available for viewing at Council’s Administration Building and Council Libraries. 

Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Draft DCP chapter. Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made on whether or not the Draft DCP chapter should be made.

In order to be considered by Council, submissions must be received by 5.00pm on 31 October 2018 and should quote “57/2017/3/1 – E.17 Black Hill Industrial Precinct”.  Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager and can be submitted via:
