58/2018/1: Draft Deed of Variation to Planning Agreement and amended Planning Agreement for West & Wyndham Streets, Greta

At the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 21 March 2018 Council resolved to publicly notify the Draft Deed of Variation to the Planning Agreement, and the amended Planning Agreement for West & Wyndham Street, Greta for a period of twenty-eight (28) days.

The objective of the Deed is to amend the Planning Agreement for West & Wyndham Street, Greta to allow the developer to offset the cost of works completed against contributions required by the Planning Agreement. 

The Planning Agreement has been amended to state the changes of values of some works and the relocation of the local park.

Any person may make a written submission during the notification period in relation to the Draft Deed of Variation to the Planning Agreement, and amended Planning Agreement for West & Wyndham Street, Greta.  Any views expressed in written submissions will be considered by Council before a final decision is made.

In order to be considered by Council, submissions must be received by 5.00pm on 4 May 2018 and should quote “58/2018/1: Draft Deed of Variation to Planning Agreement, and amended Planning Agreement for West & Wyndham Street, Greta”.  Submissions should be addressed to The General Manager and can be submitted via email or post.
