Pets and Patrols with Ranger Kurt

Here at Council, Rangers have delegated authority to enforce Council policies. They patrol the Cessnock City area, enforce and monitor parking, educate residents about pet ownership and impound animals when required. Kurt Livens is the Team Leader of Ranger Services. Each month, Kurt has a column in local media that talks about Ranger activities and provides tips on how to care for your pet.
