Media Directory

The Media Directory is a list of agencies within the Cessnock Local Government Area and surrounding region which are available to publish media releases, display signage and circulate information on behalf of local organisations wishing to advertise their services and activities.

The Media Directory was developed as a result of the 2009-2014 Social and Cultural Plan for Cessnock Local Government Area which identified strategies for raising awareness of the artistic and cultural activity taking place within the Local Government Area.

By making available the Media Directory, organisations will have access to a compilation of local agencies which can assist in the promotion of their regular services, activities and special events to a wider audience, thereby raising awareness of the variety of artistic and cultural activities available in the region and increasing participation amongst local residents and casual visitors to the area.
